Life happens trust me we understand. Due to each set being a time sensitive service, a fixed time has been specifically reserved for you. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Therefore, a Cancellation Fee will be applied to the card on file.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
LATE CANCELLATION: Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of $40
LATE POLICY: Anything after 10 minutes will result in appointment being canceled.
NO CALL/NO SHOW: will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount.
